Set sail through the heart of the Cyclades for an unforgettable week-long adventure. Witness sunsets at Cape Sounion, soak in Kythnos’ thermal springs, wander Syros’ neoclassical streets, enjoy Mykonos’ beaches and nightlife, explore the archaeological marvels of Delos, relax on Paros’ golden beaches, and finish in the charming bays of Kea before returning to Athens. A perfect combination of culture, adventure, and crystal-blue Aegean waters.

Day 1

Athens / Alimos Marina → Cape Sounion

Plan: Embark in Athens/Alimos and sail south to Cape Sounion (~3–4 hours).
Why to Go: Start your adventure under the iconic Temple of Poseidon. Swim in clear waters and enjoy one of Greece’s most famous sunset spots.
On Arrival: Anchor below the temple for swimming and onboard dining. Hike to the temple for panoramic views.
Practical: Popular anchorage—arrive early. Seabed is sandy and rocky; check conditions before anchoring.

Plan: A longer morning sail (~5 hours) to Kythnos.
Why to Go: Known for natural hot springs, traditional villages, and quiet coves — perfect for a relaxing first overnight stop in the Cyclades.
On Arrival: Anchor in Kolona (double bay) or moor at Merichas port. Swim, explore the village, or soak in thermal springs.
Practical: Kolona is exposed to meltemi winds; Merichas offers provisioning, restaurants, and calm harbor mooring.

Day 2

Cape Sounion → Kythnos

Day 3

Kythnos → Syros

Plan: Sail to Syros (~4–5 hours), the administrative and cultural heart of the Cyclades.
Why to Go: Syros blends Cycladic architecture with urban charm. Ermoupoli’s neoclassical town hall, narrow streets, and vibrant café culture make it a unique stop.
On Arrival: Moor in Ermoupoli harbor or anchor nearby. Stroll the town, visit Miaouli Square, and enjoy traditional Greek cafés and tavernas.
Practical: Ermoupoli has excellent provisioning, fuel, and services. Mooring can be busy during summer — reserve if possible.

Plan: Short sail (~3–4 hours) to Mykonos.
Why to Go: Iconic beaches, nightlife, windmills, and cosmopolitan Chora make Mykonos a must-visit.
On Arrival: Moor in Mykonos town harbor or anchor in Ornos Bay. Explore Chora, enjoy shopping, and experience vibrant nightlife.
Practical: Mooring can be challenging during high season — arrive early or consider Ornos. Shops and restaurants are abundant.

Day 4

Syros → Mykonos

Day 5

Mykonos (Delos) → Paros

Plan: Morning visit to Delos (~30–45 min by dinghy from Mykonos), then sail (~4–5 hours) to Paros.
Why to Go: Delos is a UNESCO World Heritage archaeological site. Paros offers golden beaches, charming villages (Parikia, Naoussa), and authentic Cycladic culture.
On Arrival (Delos): Guided visit for 2–3 hours. No overnight anchoring allowed.
On Arrival (Paros): Moor in Parikia or Naoussa, or anchor in a nearby bay. Explore cobblestone streets, waterfront tavernas, and local boutiques.
Practical: Paros has excellent provisioning and mooring options; Naoussa is small and can fill quickly in summer.

Plan: Long sail (~6–7 hours) to Kea, heading southwest toward the Saronic.
Why to Go: A calm, scenic stop before returning to Athens. Kea is known for charming hilltop Chora (Ioulida) and tranquil anchorages.
On Arrival: Moor in Korissia or Vourkari. Stroll the Chora, enjoy a farewell dinner in a traditional taverna.
Practical: Good provisioning in Korissia. Vourkari is lively but mooring can be limited — early arrival recommended.

Day 6

Paros → Kea

Day 7

Kea → Athens / Alimos Marina

Plan: Sail back to Athens (~3–4 hours).
Why to Go: A smooth final day to reflect on the week, enjoy the sea, and return to the city in comfort.
On Arrival: Return to Alimos Marina, refuel, and disembark. Optional final dinner in Glyfada or Alimos marina restaurants.
Practical: Marinas can be busy on weekends — plan arrival times. Allow extra time for refueling and checkout.
